Nicole van Hattem

Menopause Educator | Integrative Health Coach | Speaker | Co-Founder, MenoAgility

Nicole van Hattem brings together more than 15 years of health coaching experience, a career spanning corporate, government and education environments, and her own lived experience of navigating menopause in the workplace.

A Certified Integrative Health Coach, Licensed Menopause Champion, TEDx speaker and host of the Hot & Healthy Menopause podcast, Nicole has spent much of her career helping people navigate change — personally, professionally and organisationally.

Her approach to menopause is practical and human. Rather than treating it solely as a medical issue or an HR policy problem, Nicole helps women develop the language to understand and communicate what they are experiencing — and helps leaders understand how to respond without needing to be menopause experts.

Having worked across Australia and internationally in executive teams, human resources, program management, higher education and wellbeing, Nicole understands both sides of the workplace conversation: the woman trying to remain capable and credible while her body and brain seem to be changing the rules, and the leader who wants to help but may have no idea what to say or do.

Through MenoAgility, Nicole combines evidence-informed menopause education, behaviour-change coaching and lived experience to help create workplaces where conversations about menopause can be informed, appropriate and useful.

Her philosophy is simple: when women have the language to explain what is happening, leaders have the confidence to listen, and organisations have practical systems to respond, everyone wins.

Amberley Meredith

Registered Psychologist | Author | Professional Supervisor | Co-Founder, MenoAgility

Amberley Meredith brings more than 25 years of experience in mental health, psychology and human behaviour to MenoAgility. A registered psychologist in Australia and New Zealand, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Psychology and has worked extensively with individuals, couples and groups across clinical and workplace settings. Adaptable Sustainable Psychology

Her work has given her a deep understanding of how people respond to stress, change, uncertainty and competing demands — and what happens when the expectations placed upon people exceed their psychological and emotional resources.

Amberley is also the author of the Adaptable Sustainable Psychology book series, exploring psychological wellbeing through a practical lens that moves away from quick fixes and towards greater self-understanding, adaptability and sustainable change. Adaptable Sustainable Psychology

Her interest in menopause is both professional and personal. Amberley has written openly about her own experience of menopause, including changes to memory, emotions and day-to-day functioning — bringing lived experience to her psychological expertise. LinkedIn

Through MenoAgility, Amberley helps leaders understand the psychological dimensions of menopause at work and, importantly, how to hold conversations that are safe, respectful and useful. Her work helps organisations move beyond awareness towards environments where people can speak honestly, leaders can respond confidently, and appropriate support can happen without assumptions or judgement.

Together with Nicole van Hattem, Amberley brings psychology, lived experience and practical workplace understanding into the same conversation.

Her philosophy is simple: when we create space to understand what someone is experiencing before rushing to solve it, we create better conversations, better support and better workplaces.
